German Potato Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

Place cut potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, and crumbled bacon into bowl.
In skillet, over medium low heat, put reserved bacon grease.
When grease is warm, brown flour for several seconds.
Add vinegar and sugar, stirring constantly. It is done when the sauce is thick, transparent, and shiny.
Pour over mixture in bowl and stir well.

Note: Can be served hot or cold.
