Don't Peek Roast

Ingredients:

Beef tips, round steak, and roast of choice (cut into chunks)
4 oz. mushroom pieces and stems (drained)
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 cup gingerale

Directions:

Put meat in roasting pan.
Add all other ingredients.
Cover tightly with foil.
Place in 350ºF oven for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
DO NOT PEEK!
