Cucumber Onion Salad

Ingredients:

2 cucumbers
1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar or to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in shallow bowl or plastic zip type bag.
Marinate overnight.

Note: Substitute lettuce for cucumbers. Coat with marinade. Toss well and serve without marinating overnight.
