Eggplant Parmesan

Baked Beans

Ingredients:

1 bag dry navy beans
1 cup ketchup
1 cup molasses
1/2 cup mustard
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 cup water
6 strips bacon (diced)

Directions:

Soak beans overnight.
Drain.
Cook 40 min.
Put beans in roasting pan with other ingredients.
Bake at 350º F for about 90 min. or until beans are soft.
